Thai herbal stamps and Asian essential oils immediately bring you into a Thai relaxing atmosphere. Thailand also has many delicious tropical fruits from which they make delicious fruit smoothies. These scents can be used in a massage or beauty treatment or during an infusion in the sauna.
Thai herbal stamp massage:
Place 3 to 4 drops of a Thai essential oil such as Lime or Patchouli in an aroma burner for a relaxing scent in the room. Use Sweet Almond oil to massage the body. Then steam the Thai herbal stamps in a steamer. Test on the palm of your hand whether the herbal stamps are not too hot and then massage in circular movements along the meridians on the back. The neck, shoulders, arms and legs can also be included. Once the herbal stamps have cooled down a bit, some pressure can also be applied to the herbal stamps when the pressure points are treated.
