Find out which Dosha type you are

You are always more of a certain type of Dosha.
This depends on your physique, your temperament, your nutritional needs, your likes and dislikes, etc.

Many Ayurvedic tests can be done on the internet to find out which dosha type you are.
If you have done this test, it is therefore easier to choose which products suit you better.
