This sauna infusion provides relief for respiratory problems and inhaling it is experienced as pleasant by many asthma patients.

Usage

Use 5 ml per liter of water or ice in the sauna bucket.
If the scent is too weak, use a little more.
If the scent is too strong, use a little less.

Summer sauna aroma can be mixed well with:

Lemon, Pine, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemongrass, Mint, Peppermint and Menthol.
