Deliver or pick up

It is possible to have the wellness products delivered from Beauty & Care or to collect them on working days during office hours at our building at Heraclesstraat 18 in Tilburg. If you order before 12:00 on working days, 96% of orders will be delivered within 2 working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Free shipping above €30 NL + BE

For the Netherlands and Belgium, orders over €30 are delivered free of charge.
Below €30, you contribute €2.95 to the shipping costs.

Rates abroad

Orders can also be delivered in Germany, France and other European countries.
However, different delivery surcharges apply depending on the country, see the table below.
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours longer for the order to be delivered.
Foreign shipments must always be paid for in advance.

When will my order be delivered?

The order is delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium by PostNL or by Claassen from Monday to Saturday, usually within 4 working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
By signing for receipt you accept that the shipment has been received in good order.
If you are not at home during the delivery times, the order will be offered again the next day.
You can provide a telephone number where you will be called fifteen minutes before delivery so that you can be there on time.
You must indicate this by email to [email protected] or in the notes when placing the order.
Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address or on Sundays and public holidays.

Often not at home?

Then send the package to a PostNL pickup point. Click here for the nearest pick up point and then enter this as the delivery address.

Not everything has been delivered

If not everything has been delivered, you must immediately report this to the driver upon delivery.
In addition, you note on the waybill how many packages / which products you are missing before you sign for receipt.
Send an email to [email protected] to arrange with us when you will receive the other packages / products.
State who you are, address details, order number and order date.

The order has not yet been delivered within 4 working days

If the order has not been delivered within 4 working days, please email [email protected].
State who you are, address details, order number and order date.
We will then find out for you why the order has not yet been delivered and email you back to the email address you used to email us.

Pick up at Beauty & Care in Tilburg

Products can also be picked up if ordered one day in advance.
To do this, you must choose Pickup at Beauty & Care when ordering.
This can be done on working days from Monday to Friday between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM at our address:
