Oakmoss is widely used as an undertone in the perfume industry for its earthy, moss tone in perfumes.

A fairly pricey essential oil

Oakmoss is available as an essential oil, but is a fairly expensive essential oil.
About 100 kg of lichen is needed for 1 liter of Oakmoss absolute.
In addition, Oakmoss absolute is almost impossible to get out of the bottle.

Use Oakmoss perfume

• In the sauna: add 20 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub
• In an aroma burner: add 2 to 4 drops to the water in the aroma burner for a warm, sweet, spicy scent.
• On an aromastone: add 2 to 4 drops to the stone of the aromastone

Origin Oakmoss

Oakmoss is a lichen that can only develop in a clean environment with pure air. Oakmoss is a very slow growing species that can only be found in the wild.
This moss has soft antler-like branches with a gray-green top and a white underside.
This species mainly grows on oak trees (pedunculate oak and cork oak) and is collected in countries such as France, Croatia and Morocco.
